Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible, non-customized items in their original condition. Custom products, including personalized insoles, are exempt from returns due to their made-to-order nature.

You may return items within 15 days of delivery by logging into your account on our website and initiating the return process. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Custom-made insoles cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
